VACUUM PACKING

• Tecmo was the first to introduce vacuum packing in Lebanon back in 1973. It has since sold hundreds of vacuum machines.
• Tecmo offers a wide range of vacuum machines, sealers, vertical and horizontal filling and packing systems
• The vacuum machines are divided into five major groups:
• The table top machines covering the small equipment for catering and shops and adapted to small and medium industries.
• The floor machines with vacuum pumps ranging from 63m3/h. to   250m3/h
• The Double chamber machines for a higher production capacity. These machines have numerous customizing options
• The Tray vacuuming and gas flushing equipment.
• The vertical pipette vacuuming machines for big packs or bag in box sealing.

HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL FILLING AND PACKING

• We sell a complete range of vertical filling and packing machines for forming bags from films, filling, weighing and sealing. Models depend on bag size and on the consistency of the product. Special machines are available for powder and paste in sachets, juices in pyramids , grains in bags etc,
• Horizontal Flow wrapping with manual or automated feeding.
• Tecmo also offers a complete range of manual, pedestral and medical sealers .We represent TWINSEAL Holland for special bag sealers for supermarkets, bakeries, butcheries …

SHRINK PACKING

• Tecmo developed the Crystalette line of shrink packing machines in the late 80s. More than 300 machines, all produced in-house, were sold since.
• Four standard models exit:
• TP10 series with manual or automatic feeding with a capacity of 12 packs/mn with maximum dimensions of  50 x 45 x 30 cm.
• TP 5 manual L-Sealer and shrink tunnel with a capacity of 10 packs/mn with maximum dimensions of  30 x 40 x 20 cm.
• L-Sealer with a sealing of 40 x 40 cm.
• TP 50 series larger machines according to customer needs.

• We also provide:
• small chamber shrinking machines
• pallet wrappers
• shrink guns (RIPACK BRAND)
• shrink films

THERMOFORMING

• Tecmo offers both flexible and rigid thermoforming solutions:
• Flexible: Automatic thermoforming and vacuuming machine mainly for the cheese and meat industry and the pre-cooked meals.
• Rigid: This form fill and seal machine is mainly used  for juice water and dairy product as well as small portion packing for the catering industries

TURN-KEY LINES

• In line with Tecmo tradition of delivering turn-key projects to its customers, the department has been offering complete packaging lines and solutions for the last two decades. This includes the design, the machines, the raw materials and the conveying systems.
